These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products sold through Pro Spike Flow at prospikeflow.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Seller

Products are sold by Pro Spike Flow. For order and policy questions, contact oleksiy.gutor@gmail.com.

Products & training use

Pro Spike Flow products are athletic training aids. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. Use under appropriate supervision. Consult a physician before use if the athlete has an injury or medical condition. Follow all product instructions and safety guidance.

Who may purchase

Anyone may purchase on the Site. Parents and guardians often buy for young athletes. By completing checkout, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Replacement ball eligibility

The replacement Pro Spike Flow ball ($89) is offered only to customers who previously ordered the full training system. We may verify prior purchase before fulfilling a replacement-ball order.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.

Shipping, returns & warranty

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns are described in our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy, we provide a 90-day defect warranty on manufacturing defects — we will replace defective parts within that period after we confirm the issue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Spike Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
