Processing time

Orders ship within 2 business days when product is in stock. You will receive tracking when your order leaves our facility.

Free shipping

Free shipping applies to full Pro Spike Flow training system ($249) orders within the United States. Other items may have shipping charges shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. If we expand to additional countries, this page will be updated.

Carrier & delivery

We ship via a standard carrier. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service level.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, email oleksiy.gutor@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or within 7 days of the expected delivery window). We will replace or refund as appropriate.

Replacement ball orders ($89)

Replacement balls follow the same processing time and shipping options as other in-stock items, subject to eligibility verification for prior full-system purchasers.
