Refund policy

We want you and your athlete to be confident in the Pro Spike Flow training system. If it is not the right fit, we will make returns straightforward.

Full training system ($249)

• 30-day money-back guarantee. If your player does not feel the difference, you may return the full system within 30 days of delivery.
• No questions asked within that window.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent a defective or incorrect item.
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Replacement ball only ($89)

• Replacement balls are sold only to customers who previously purchased the full training system. We may verify eligibility before shipping.
• Returns on replacement-ball orders are accepted for defective or damaged items only — not for change-of-mind returns.
